I’ve noticed that what mattered to me five years ago isn’t exactly what matters now. How often do you take time to rethink your values or priorities? What usually triggers that reflection?

Yes, I do. My values shift as I gain new experiences or face situations that challenge my assumptions. I check in with myself when something feels off or when my goals change. It helps me stay aligned with what matters instead of running on habit.

Yes , I do once in a while but I discovered that the things I used to chase before don’t excite me anymore. Peace of mind matters more to me now. Time also matters and I’ve learned to question why I want certain things, not just want them for the sake of it..

I don't reevaluate my values, however, as I grow older, as I continue to learn, my values are also changing. I guess this is adaptation.
