Do you feel guilty about having a hobby?

Ever since I was in a mentally abusive relationship and even coming out of it now and being out of it for 8 years nearly now, I still feel guilty for sitting and playing video games even though it is something I enjoy and it helps me with my mental health. I feel that the reason I feel like this is that when I was still in that relationship I would often get called lazy because I was playing a game and it made me feel guilty the more I heard it. Now when I have time to play games and shouldn't feel guilty for doing so, I still do sometimes and that can often lead to my depression feeling worse rather than better when I play video games.

Do you feel guilty about having a certain hobby? If so, what hobby is it and why do you feel guilty?

It is perfectionists that always tend to feel guilty about having a hobby. They tie every activity to a goal. And anything that is just for fun would feel to them as if they are wasting their lives. They are constantly trapped in the web of "always being productive".
