Do you feel unrest by this?

Lots of times, we have human interactions where we meet and mingle with a lot of people. When it comes to meeting people, do you feel a bit unrest when they lay a complaint that you didn't treat them fairly, or do you just don't bother but move on with your life?

I’d probably feel a bit unsettled if someone said I treated them unfairly, especially if I didn’t realize it at the time. I wouldn’t automatically dismiss the complaint, though. I’d think about what happened and try to understand their perspective. Sometimes criticism can reveal something about our behavior we didn’t notice.
