Do you have a set time you wake up on days off?

If you currently have a 9-5 job do you have a set time you like to be up by on your days off? I don't but it's something I should probably work on since I tend to stay up too late and sleep in too late on my days off. I've been off work for a while, I go back next Tuesday and I might struggle to sleep next Monday since I haven't really been going to bed at a good time.

I do not have 9-5 job, I work from home and every day is a work day for me. I work even during weekend or holidays. I always wake up at the same time, usually around 5. However, sometimes I feel lazy and tired, so I sleep until 9, even during the weekdays.
