If you have to choose between drinking tea and coffee, which one will you choose and discard the other? Tea is my favourite. I drink tea every morning and at night before going to sleep. I take different varieties of tea like green tea, black tea and ginseng tea.

Do you prefer tea or coffee?

I sometimes take it as it's consumption has been linked to numerous potential health benefits it is said to reduced risk of type 2 diabetes, Parkinson's and the rest of them.

I like tea as well as coffee, but given a choice, I will always choose coffee. When I drink coffee, it it unsweetened without milk and cream, but I drink spiced tea sweetened with sugar and milk.

I don't have a favorite between tea and coffee, i actually take both but not frequently. It mostly depends on what id available at the moment, or which one i feel like taking at that point in time.

I love ice coffee but it's a bit too expensive. Tea is also enjoyable, but less.

I'm wondering does tea and coffee have the same caffeine content?

I'm more of a hot chocolate kind of person........

If I drink tea, it's cold tea.....definitely not hot.

I'm also not much of a coffee person. I normally drink soda person if I want caffeine.

I drink both.

I have drunk coffee almost all my life, even as a very young child before I even went to school.

I drink about 1-3 cups a day now. Black with nothing in it. As strong as possible.

I quit drinking alcohol a few years ago and got on hot tea instead in the evening. I really like chia tea and teas from India and the Middle East. They're the best and I like them hot without adding anything.

I don't have any business with drinking coffee because it's not good for my health. I don't sleep well, so drinking coffee will add more caffeine in my system which will permanently kill my sleep.

Growing up, I always tried to drink coffee, but no matter how it was made for me, I could never get past the bitter taste of coffee, so it was always tea for me.

Over the last few years, though, I have found ways to make coffee less bitter and something I now enjoy, using coffee syrups, but even though I can now drink coffee, I still prefer tea and drink that more each day.

I so much like tea its been upto two years i never took coffee so i prefer tea but there is nothing wrong taking coffee
