Do you find it challenging to communicate your mood swings to those around you?

What do you think makes it challenging for you?

Well, I don't to a lot of people around me I used to think they might not understand. But I do to my partner and he understands it

I don’t share my mood swings with others. Since I live alone, when I'm feeling low, no one is aware of it. Hehe.

Expressing mood swings can be tricky, especially with health issues. Understanding, fear of burdening others, or feeling misunderstood makes it harder.

Not always. I usually keep it to myself unless I really trust the person. Sometimes it feels easier to just ride it out alone than explain it. But when it gets heavy, I do open up, it helps to feel seen and understood.

I usually don't tell others about my mood swings. My concerns about how burdensome they might be to others made me keep it to myself.

I have been working on becoming more transparent when expressing my condition to others. I discovered that talking with reliable friends and family members helps me find genuine understanding of my feelings.

I try to be open about my mood swings with people I trust. Sharing how I feel helps me feel less alone and allows others to understand and support me better, without judgment.

I am someone who likes to keep everything inside and try to manage it without getting help from others. When I experience mood swings, I rarely communicate with others. I try to make sure it does not affect people around me, I go outside to get a fresh air.
