I was taught how to read time using the 12 hours format. It was what I grew up having the knowledge of which is why I don't understand time when it's in 24 hours format. I've tried to learn the 24 hours format but it's not registering.

When I was younger, it was always 12 hours I preferred 12-hour increments; if a time was not in 12-hour increments, I would get confused, and it would stress me out.

As I got older, though, and my parents started to push me to use 24 hour format for time, I got more used to a 24-hour time format, and now I have to have the time in that format, or it just does not feel right.
