Have you ever reached a point where even simple questions or decisions feel like too much? It can feel as if your mind has no room left to process anything else. What usually gets you to that point, and how do you recover?
 
Yes, sometimes it feels like my brain has hit its limit. When that happens, even simple decisions or conversations can feel harder than usual. I've found that taking a short break, getting some fresh air, or stepping away from screens for a while usually helps me reset.
 
I've had times when even small decisions felt overwhelming because I'd been juggling too many things for too long. That's usually a sign that I need to slow down. Taking a break, dealing with one task at a time, and giving myself enough rest so my mind has a chance to reset are few things that help me out
