An alternative way to help treat different mental conditions is by changing your diet. If you have a cleaner diet that is full of nutrients that your body needs, it could help with mental health. If your body isn't getting the necessary nutrients this can cause brain fog and other issues that can also worsen your mental health. What foods do you eat daily to help deal with your mental health?
 
Eating cleaner can support mental health by stabilizing energy levels, improving sleep, and reducing inflammation. Balanced meals with whole foods help regulate mood and focus. While it’s not a cure, better nutrition can complement therapy, exercise, and other habits that support emotional wellbeing.
I like to add more vegetables to my diet.
