Digging in the dirt and watching plants grow is so calming. Have you tried gardening? How does it help you with mental health? Do some plantes give more pleasure than the others?
 
Gardening as therapy reduces stress, boosts mood, and improves focus. Pulling weeds or planting seeds can be surprisingly healing, especially after a long or anxious day.
