Uncertainty can make the mind feel unsafe because it removes predictability and control.

When things feel unclear, people often overthink, worry, or try to anticipate every outcome, which increases stress. Over time, this can affect sleep, focus, and emotional balance, especially if the uncertainty lasts for a long period.
 
Uncertainty builds stress and anxiety, and both of these issues can affect mental health stability. When there is uncertainty, you worry too much, and when you are worrying, it will affect your mental health
