Constant conflict, lack of trust, or unrealistic expectations can weigh heavily on your mental health. A healthy relationship should offer peace more often than stress.

How do you cope when a relationship starts affecting your emotional wellbeing?

I have gelt that but many people describe feeling emotionally drained in relationships when there’s constant conflict, lack of communication, or one-sided effort. In those situations, setting boundaries, having honest conversations, or taking space can help restore balance.

I have never felt like that in any relationship. Once I notice that the person that I am in a relationship with is not giving me the same vibes, I cut them off. I don't delay at all.

Yes, I have. It usually happened when communication broke down and it felt like one person was carrying most of the emotional load. Taking time to talk honestly, set healthier boundaries, and focus on self-care helped me regain some balance.
