Have you ever had to call an emergency help line?

Have you ever had to call an emergency help line before? What was your reason for calling? Did you have a rough day of work or school? Are you dealing with debts? Maybe you're severely depressed and need to talk to someone. What was your experience like talking to someone on these support lines? Did they help you through a tough time?

I myself have never used a support line, but I do like that there are many options out there and a lot of them are free of charge. So If I am ever in a state where I am really down bad, I may consider speaking to one of these support groups for help. Have you? And did it help?

Yes, we had to call an ambulance for our grandma. She was suffering from heart diseases. She passed away in hospital. Having said that, energy services should be available in every part of the city.
