XMB is a old forum software, it stands for eXtreme Message Board and it was first released way back in 2001. It's not the oldest software still being worked on but it is unique. It's the only software that I'm aware of that has a Super Administrator group and a Administrator group. The Super Admin has access to the entire ACP but normal Admins only have some access to the ACP. I've used it to just test things out in the past, but I haven't used it for an active forum. Have you ever used this software before or joined a forum that did?
