I've recently read that an alternative to medication is acupuncture for mental health. I find that very interesting since I feel like personally to me that would seem a bit stressful and painful. I've never actually used acupuncture to cure anything in my life though, so I probably shouldn't knock it until I try it. Acupuncture can be used to help treat depression, anxiety, PTSD and chronic stress. Have you ever tried acupuncture before? Did you see any results from it?
