Hi, my name is Arnold. I have been on this forum for a couple of years but looks like I never introduced myself properly.
I have dealt with mental health issues during my teenage years and yearly adulthood. As I grow older, I have learned to cope up with my emotional and mental issues.
I am glad to be here, and hopefully, I will remain active on the forum.
