Art, writing, or music can offer ways to express complex thoughts and emotions that are hard to verbalize. It may also provide a sense of control and meaning. What forms of creativity have helped you process experiences? How do they change how you understand yourself?
 
I was 14 years old when I started writing a daily journal. Hormonal changes in me was causing a lot of stress and anxiety. I was furious about my life, school, friends, and family, and when I started writing my feelings, it felt good.
