Missing assignments or struggling with focus can make it hard to regain confidence in school or college settings. How do you recover after falling behind academically? What support has helped you rebuild confidence?

When you are struggling with mental health, it can make studying harder and more inconsistent. Falling behind then affects confidence, because tasks start feeling bigger than they are. In the long run, self-doubt builds, and even simple work can feel overwhelming, creating a cycle that’s hard to break without support or small resets.

I think falling behind can make it much harder to believe in yourself. Stress, anxiety, or depression can make it difficult to focus, and each missed assignment can lower confidence even more.
