Even small misunderstandings can feel bigger when you're already emotionally exhausted. Have you noticed yourself communicating differently when your mental health is struggling? What helps you avoid taking that stress out on people close to you?

I think relationships can feel harder when you're mentally tired because you have less patience and emotional energy. Small things can suddenly feel much bigger, and even simple conversations may feel exhausting. When your mind is already overwhelmed, it's harder to communicate calmly or give others the understanding they deserve.

When you're mentally tired, even small conversations can take more effort. You may have less patience, find it harder to listen, or struggle to express how you're feeling. It's usually not that you care less about the relationship, but that your emotional energy is running low.
