Sometimes it feels like everyone else has life figured out while you're just trying to keep up. Have you ever struggled with that feeling? What helps you stop comparing your progress to everyone else's?

Yes, that feeling can happen, especially when social media makes it seem like everyone else is succeeding. It helps to remember that people usually show the good parts of their lives, not the struggles behind them. Focusing on personal goals and small improvements makes it easier to stop comparing progress with others.

Yeah, it’s easy to feel like everyone else is doing better while you’re stuck in the same place. Social media makes that feeling even stronger. It helps to remember that you’re only seeing the good parts of other people’s lives. Focusing on your own progress makes comparison less overwhelming.

I don’t believe being behind in life means you’re failing. I’ve felt that way when it seemed like everyone else was moving forward, but comparing myself to them only made it worse. I’d rather focus on what I want to improve and take things at my own pace.

When this happens to me, I try not to compare my progress with everyone else. It’s easy to feel behind when other people seem to have everything figured out. I usually focus on what needs attention right now instead of worrying about where I “should” be.
