Carl Jung has said, loneliness isn't a situation where you do not have people around you, it is a situation when you are unable to communicate things that are actually important to you. Loneliness isn't about empty rooms but a condition where you cannot speak out your feelings, you do not feel safe to express yourself. You can deal with it by learning how to speak your feelings.
Do you experience loneliness, how do you deal with it?

I think loneliness gets easier to handle when you stop treating it as something you have to immediately escape. Reaching out to someone, joining a community, or simply getting out of the house can help you cope with your loneliness. Sometimes small connections make a bigger difference.

I experience loneliness sometimes, even when I’m around other people. For me, it usually helps to talk honestly with someone I trust instead of pretending everything is fine. I also like going for a walk or listening to music alone because it gives me space to clear my head.

When loneliness hits, being around people usually helps me the most. I’ll call a friend, spend time with family, or simply go somewhere where there are other people around. Staying busy also helps, but talking to someone and having a real conversation usually makes the biggest difference.
