How do you prioritize mental health in a fast-paced world?

This fast-paced life is not cool at all. Everything is urgent, everything needs attention now-now. I mean, you just want it done now. What helps me is slowing down and I don’t reply to messages immediately all the time anymore. I just make sure to rest without having to explain myself. How do you personally slow down and protect your mental health in this fast world?
 
I meditate, I do breathing exercises, I go for a walk, I take time to explore hobbies, I maintain active lifestyle, I try to eat brain food, I eat a lot of vegetables, avoid junk food, all of these activities improve my mental health. I always fine time for activities that improve my mental health.
 
I try to treat mental health like a non negotiable, not something I squeeze in later. That means setting realistic limits, taking breaks without guilt, and paying attention to early signs of burnout. Even small habits like sleep, movement, and unplugging help slow things down.
