How Do You Reset After a Disappointment?

Disappointments happen, even when we prepare well. I’m trying to get better at bouncing back without dwelling too long. What helps you reset and move forward after something doesn’t go as planned?
 
I usually take some time to step back and reflect, allowing myself to process the disappointment. Then I focus on small, achievable actions to regain momentum, learn from the experience, and shift attention to tasks or activities that bring a sense of progress and control.
