The workday may end, but your mind often keeps replaying unfinished tasks or awkward conversations. Do you have a routine that helps you mentally leave work behind, or does it usually follow you home?

I think the hardest part is leaving work mentally, not physically. I try to finish what I can, remind myself that tomorrow is another day, and do something simple that shifts my attention. Even a short walk or quiet time can help me stop replaying the day's problems.

I try to leave work with a clear sense of what can wait until tomorrow. If something is still bothering me, I write it down rather than continuing to think about it. Once I'm home, I prefer doing something ordinary, like cooking, walking, or talking with someone, to shift my attention.
