Trust can become difficult when anxiety keeps creating questions about a partner's intentions. A late reply or different tone may lead to assumptions that were never actually confirmed. How does relationship anxiety affect trust, and what makes it harder to separate genuine concerns from anxious thoughts?

Anxiety can make people overthink and assume the worst out of nowhere. Even a late reply from their partner can become evidence of cheating. If your mind isn't settled, it's hard to trust..

Anxiety can make even small things feel suspicious, like a late reply or a change in someone’s mood. You might start imagining the worst even when there’s no real reason to doubt your partner. Over time, that can create arguments and insecurity. It gets harder to trust someone when your own worries keep telling you something is wrong.
