Family can be a source of comfort, but too much pressure, conflict, or constant responsibility can also become exhausting. Do you feel better or more drained after family time, and what makes the biggest difference?

I think family time can have a big effect on mental health, especially when you feel supported and comfortable around them. Even simple things like sharing a meal or talking about the day can reduce stress and make you feel less alone. Of course, it depends on the family dynamic.

It really depends on the atmosphere. Time with supportive, understanding family members can be comforting and leave you feeling recharged. But constant conflict, unrealistic expectations, or feeling responsible for everyone else's emotions can be emotionally exhausting. Respect, open communication, and healthy boundaries often make the biggest difference.
