If I'm being very honest, almost everyone out there is dealing with blood pressure health condition. It's only a few people their blood pressure is stable. High blood pressure causes serious stress generally for the body because in most cases, the person with high blood pressure can't sleep well at night and that build up so much stress.

What's your blood pressure status?

Blood pressure and stress are closely linked through the body’s nervous system.

When you’re stressed, your body releases hormones like adrenaline and cortisol. These increase heart rate and tighten blood vessels, which raises blood pressure. That’s part of the “fight or flight” response.

So stress can raise blood pressure, and consistently high blood pressure can also make the body feel more strained, creating a cycle if it’s not managed.

Yep I find that if I'm more stressed my blood pressure tends to be higher. Likewise I tend to have more brain fog whenever my blood pressure is high, which tends to affect my work and mental state. It can also be bad for your physical health so it's best to talk to your doctor if you suspect your blood pressure is high on a regular basis.
