Social media can create instant celebrity status, but rapid attention may lead to anxiety, depression, and burnout. Can young influencers navigate fame safely, or is digital culture inherently stressful for those seeking popularity online? What strategies promote mental health in a hyper-connected world?

I think digital fame can create significant stress for young influencers. Constant scrutiny, pressure to perform, and the need to maintain an online image can lead to anxiety, burnout, and self-doubt. From my perspective, the mental load often outweighs the perceived benefits of likes or followers.

I think constantly being online can be a problem for the youth , especially since it's always a game of who can do something better or funnier online. These kids are born into the internet age and seem to always be online because of it. Whether it be TikTok YouTube, or making a podcast, they seem addicted.

But being online like this all the time also causing issues with young people and their ability to socialize appropriately. If they only focus about going viral or going big on the internet, nfheure really not socializing with people they know with faceless people on the internet they don't even know.

I think people need to take a break from the internet, especially if they're constantly always online trying to catch a bigger audience.
