When it comes to dispatching our duties at the workplace, it is expected that we do so with every strength in us. However, it is not always easy when we consider that there are mental challenges that one might be facing at home or even related to the workplace. How do you think one should handle their mental challenges at work? Should they prioritise their mental health ahead of other objectives at the workplace?

I think mental health should come before work when the two seriously conflict. Work is important, but constantly sacrificing your well-being can eventually affect your health, relationships, and even your ability to do the job properly. Finding a balance is better than treating work as more important than everything else.
