Exercise routines are easier to track than mental health habits. Do you actively plan time for mental wellness? What practices help you reset emotionally? Should mental fitness be treated with the same structure as physical training?
 
Yes, mental wellness is harder to maintain compared to physical fitness. If you eat right and if you maintain an active lifestyle, you can be physically fit. However, for mental health you need to work harder. You need to eliminate stress and anxiety from your life, which is quite impossible because of how demanding is out life, whether in personal life or professional life
