Is there any way to reverse Schizophrenia?

I've always wondered, is it possible to reverse Schizophrenia? I'm doubtful that it's possible, as I imagine with good medication and treatment it can be controlled, but to my knowledge I don't know if it's possible to reverse or outright get rid of it. I believe it's a lifelong condition. But, for those who do have Schizophrenia, are you able to overcome it with medication and or therapy? What works best?

Schizophrenia currently has no known cure, so it cannot be fully reversed. Treatment focuses on managing symptoms through antipsychotic medications, therapy, and psychosocial support. Early intervention and consistent care can greatly improve quality of life, reduce relapses, and help individuals function more effectively in daily life.

If there was some way you could control what you thought was real and what was not real, that might have an impact on a reversal.

But usually by the time you're experiencing paranoia and unrealistic things that look real, you're really far into it. It usually only gets worse if you don't get treatment.

I hope they cure it one day. I can only imagine what life is like in your own head with that disease.
