Some people behave rudely, they speak harsh works and later they try to defend it saying they were experience high stress, depression, anxiety o have certain mental health condition. Do you think it is good to justify your bad behavior because of your mental health conditions. Do you think it is appropriate to take excuses for your mental health conditions?
I have a clear thought around this issue: Just because your pain is understandable dopes not mean your mean behavior is also acceptable.
What do you think?

Having a mental health condition can help explain why someone behaves a certain way, but it doesn't automatically make harmful behavior acceptable. I think it's important to show compassion while still maintaining boundaries and accountability. Understanding the reason behind someone's actions shouldn't mean ignoring the impact on others.

Mental health condition shouldn't be an excuse for hurting others without taking responsibility afterward. A diagnosis can explain why someone struggles with anger, impulsiveness, or communication, but it doesn't erase the impact. It is important to understand that someone should still leave room for boundaries and accountability. But that sometimes they do it unknowingly.

I don’t think a mental health condition should be used as a free pass for bad behavior. It can make certain actions easier to understand, but that doesn’t mean other people have to accept being hurt or treated badly. Understanding someone’s situation and holding them accountable can both matter.
