Dosage Forms:

• Oral capsules of 25mg, 50mg, 75mg, 100mg, 150 mg, 200mg, 225mg and 300mg
• Oral solution of 20mg/mL

Common Side Effects:

• Blurred vision
• Dizziness
• Drowsiness
• Swelling hands/feet
• Dry mouth
• Weight gain
• Trouble concentrating
• Increased appetite

Serious side effects:

• Cyanosis of digits, lips and skin
• Weak or shallow breathing
• Vision problems
• Extreme drowsiness or weakness
• Confusion
• Muscle pain, tenderness or weakness associated with fever
• Swelling of hands/feet
• Skin sores (if diabetic)
• Rapid weight gain (diabetic/ coronary artery disease patients)
• Suicidal thoughts
