Do you like to go on nature hikes to help your mental state? Not only does the exercise help with your physical health, it also helps relieve stress and calms you down whenever you're feeling anxious. I often like to go hiking when I've been stressed out, something about breathing that fresh air and hearing the birds chirping as I walk calms me down. I think it's one of the best alternative ways of healing, if not my personal favorite way of dealing with the stress of life.
