Unfortunately some people who are prescribed medications for their mental health or even physical health might end up abusing the medication they get and they might become dependent on the medication. This leads them to go down the path of getting addicted to opioids, which can be very hard to overcome. In these situations outside intervention will likely be needed to ensure the person who's addicted to get the help they need. Have you ever dealt with an opioid addiction? Did you have a loved one or close friend deal with this addiction?
