Panic attacks can strike suddenly. Are you using breathing exercises or medication to manage them? What’s your go-to technique to calm down during an attack?
 
I cope with panic attacks by focusing on slow, deep breaths. I remind myself the feelings aren’t dangerous, even if they feel intense. Small steps like noticing surroundings, using calming phrases, or gently moving help reduce intensity until the attack passes. Regular mindfulness and self-care also make them easier to manage over time.
