Here are some practical skills that can help you cope with stress:

Skill No. 1: Ground Yourself
During emotional storms, make note of how you are feeling. Slow down and connect with your body. Refocus and engage with the world around you.

Skill No. 2: Unhook Yourself
Unhook yourself from thoughts and feelings by noticing and naming. Then refocus on what you are doing.

It is important to meditate 🧘‍♂️  as a form of easing the pressure that comes with being stressed. Stop worrying too much and find a way to relax your mind. It is not always easy to do, but it is not something that is impossible as far as I am concerned.

staying physically active through exercise, managing time effectively to reduce overwhelm, maintaining a healthy diet, and building a support network of friends or family for emotional support are some.of the practical was to cope up with stress. Regularly engaging in hobbies can also help.

For me, I always take a break from those activities that stress me out and I sleep. And sleep has been my number one way to ease stress. In the middle of extreme stress, and I sleep, I always wake up more fresh and stronger.

Some practical skills I use to cope with stress arr deep breathing, and going for walks. I also set small goals to avoid feeling overwhelmed. Talking to someone I trust or doing a creative activity helps clear my mind and regain calm.
