I think we're in an age where mental health is being taken more seriously, whether that is in schools or work, it's something I'm happy to see happen more often. Now my question is this, should all places of work offer mental health awareness? Maybe provide support when in need and other such things. Or maybe they could offer you a safe place to be when you're going through a mental health episode.

I think more jobs should offer better options for those suffering from mental health concerns, especially if it comes from the work you're doing.

I think every workplace should offer some level of mental health awareness, because employees may be dealing with stress or emotional difficulties without others realizing it. It doesn’t need to become a major program. Even basic awareness can help managers recognize warning signs and make conversations about mental health less uncomfortable.

I think workplaces should at least have some basic mental health awareness and know how to support someone who is struggling. It would also help to have a quiet, private space where someone can step away when they’re overwhelmed and collect themselves. Not every problem needs to be solved at work, but knowing there’s somewhere safe to go could make a big difference.

I think workplaces can help mental health by making the everyday working environment less stressful, rather than just offering a mental health program. Reasonable workloads, supportive managers, flexible hours when possible, proper breaks, and a place to step away when overwhelmed can be some of the ways to improve mental health of workers.
