When it comes to acts that helps to boost the mental health of our family and friends, we always think of the big things like buying someone a gift or taking the person for an outing.

However, there are subtle actions that would help to enhance the mental health of the people around us. Some of those actions can just be simply sitting to listen to the person. It could even be a simple "how are you" message.

What subtle acts do you know that when you receive from friends you and family can boost your mental health massively?

Helping to zip my clothes is one thing that Is really endearing to me. I have grown a bit chubbier so it is always difficult to zip my skirts and gowns. My hips always makes the zipping difficult so anyone that lend a hand to zip me is actually very kind to save me from struggling alone.

Absolutely. Small, unnoticed acts of kindness, like holding a door, a smile, or a supportive word, can lift someone’s mood and reduce stress. Even if we never see the impact, these gestures create positive ripple effects, improving mental well-being and fostering a sense of connection in everyday life.
