Sound Therapy for Relaxation

From Tibetan singing bowls to white noise, sound therapy has become popular for relaxation. Have you tried it? Which sounds help you unwind, focus, or sleep better?
 
I have uses singing bowl therapy and it is very relaxing. A wooden handle is moved around the edges of heavy brass bowl to create a soothing sound and listening to this sound will relax you.
 
I have't tried Tibetan singing bowl but I’ve tried listening to calming sounds occasionally, and they can be surprisingly helpful for relaxation. Sounds like rainfall, ocean waves, or soft white noise help me to unwind and improve focus because they create a steady background that reduces distractions.
