To those teaching in a school, college, or anything else, do you ever face anxiety or stress doing it? I imagine some teachers do deal with a considerable amount of stress and anxiety. I say this because I remember a lot of kids being rude and obnoxious towards our teachers growing up. And I know some students made school hell for teachers. I imagine they dealt with a lot of stress, anxiety and even depression. I know teachers get into this field to teach future generations, but it doesn't seem to always go the way they want things to. I imagine some teachers think they go in thinking it will be easy, but there are always problem children who make life hell.

If you're a teacher, how do you deal with the stress and anxiety of coming into school everyday?

I have worked as a teacher and yes, anxiety and stress are pretty common in the job. There’s constant pressure to manage classrooms, meet deadlines, handle different student needs, and still stay composed in front of everyone. Even small disruptions can build up over the day, and it often feels like you’re balancing a lot at once.
