The mental toll of being an IT staff or technical support staff in an organization?

Do you think that IT and technical support staff in an organization are the ones that go through the bulk of mental stress. Pressure seems to be unending there. You have to always troubleshoot and when the server is down, the organization is losing money and workflows are interrupted.

In the background, the IT staff have to run updates, run backups and troubleshoot late at night. They have to be constantly alert.

Do you think that IT and technical support staff go through the most pressure in organizations?

I don’t work in that field, but I understand it can be mentally draining.
IT and support staff often deal with constant pressure to fix issues quickly, repeated interruptions, and frustrated users who need immediate help. The work rarely stops, so it can feel like you’re always “on,” even during downtime.
