I agree that daily journaling is powerful for mental health, it helps process emotions, reduce stress, and boost self-awareness. But honestly, I don’t do it myself. I’ve thought about starting, especially during stressful times, but haven’t built the habit yet.
Taking notes daily helps a great deal when it comes dealing with mental health. It helps you monitor howfar you have gone, and most importantly what you still need to work on.
