Witnessing discrimination or systemic bias can lead to long-term stress disorders. Have you ever felt mentally drained from constantly seeing injustice in your community or media?

@Hazel that question can cracks open a wound that so many people seem to ignore. There is injustice everywhere and watching things like that happen over and over again can drain our soul. It makes you feel powerless, angry, and heavy.

Well, I live in a country where judicial system is very weak and corruption is rampant. Under such kind of circumstances, it is normal to feel frustrated. Judicial system should I prove and the government can take action to improve the condition of judiciary systems.

Experiencing injustice whether personal, social, or systemic can create profound psychological weight. It often leads to stress, anger, helplessness, and chronic anxiety. Over time, repeated exposure can affect mental health, self-esteem, and trust in others.

Acknowledgment, support, and action can help you cope. Speaking out, seeking community or professional support, and engaging in constructive advocacy can reduce feelings of powerlessness.
