What are some small wins that if people acknowledge more could help with their mental health?

For some people, the reason that they are having mental health issues is just the fact that they have goals they haven't been able to achieve. That's seems to draw them into depression.

But there are small wins that if people acknowledge more, they would be grateful and not fall into depression.

What are some small wins that you think people should be grateful for that can help to boost their mental health?
