What are your go-to coping mechanisms?

My coping mechanisms are very simple. The rule is “ do what makes you happy “ . And what makes me happy is not fancy stuff, it's just listening to good music or playing games. I could also have a good sleep if I feel like it. I remember one rough period where everything felt heavy, and long walks in the evening saved the day.
What coping mechanisms work best for you?
 
I usually rely on a few things to cope. Listening to music helps me unwind, exercise clears my head, and journaling helps me process thoughts. Sometimes just stepping away from screens or taking a short walk resets my mood.
