What Habits Hurt Your Brain?

Knowing or unknowingly, we are hanging with a lot of habits that are hurting our brains. Some of the habits that hurt our brain are:
Missing our sleep
Spending a lot of time alone
Eating too much junk food
Listening to loud music over headphones
Moving less
Smoking and drinking
Overeating
Getting less natural light
What habits are hurting your brain?
 
A few everyday habits can slowly work against brain health. Poor sleep is a big one, since it affects memory and focus. Constant multitasking and heavy screen scrolling can also reduce attention span over time. Likewise, chronic stress, inactivity, and a diet high in ultra-processed food also doesn’t really give the recovery it needs.
