Stability often comes from a mix of habits, environment, and support. Small consistent actions can make daily life feel more manageable. What daily practices give you a sense of stability? How do you maintain them during more difficult periods?
 
Having a set routine really helps me get through a day. I usually feel a bit out of it if I just sit around and lounge all day, so I try to do things on my weekends.
