Mental health challenges can affect self-image and sense of identity. People may feel unfamiliar with themselves during or after episodes. How do you reconnect with your sense of self? What practices help rebuild identity and stability?
 
For me? Going back to old stuff I used to love. A friend I haven't talked to in years, a hobby I dropped. Just small things that remind me who I was before life got complicated. Also talking to someone who's known me forever helps. They see patterns you can't anymore.
