Do you take meds for your anxiety?

Or do you take steps to help reduce or get rid of your anxiety?

I don’t have anxiety, but sometimes I do feel anxious. When that happens, I usually use breathing exercises, short walks, or mindfulness techniques to calm down rather than medication.

Well, I don't have anxiety, however, my wife has a history of anxiety, she was on medication for a month, and after one month her situation improved. She hasn't take medication again but sometimes she still experiences anxiety but nothing serious

I take meds for my anxiety, but also because my anxiety can increase the pain I feel and affect me when it comes to fibromyalgia flare-ups, so I tend to take the meds more for pain than anxiety itself.

I have found that when I get anxious, shutting myself off and listening to my favourite music helps a great deal in bringing my anxiety down.
